Considered as a low-risk sexuality, particularly with regard to HIV, sexuality between women is one of the major gaps in prevention discourse, and more generally in the professional sexual health services. This absence contributes to the invisibility of FSF sexualities and FSFs themselves and contributes to a decrease in the use of sexual health care and follow-up. Objectives. — The objective of this article is to shed light on the sexual and emotional experiences of these women through the lens of the concept of sexual health, in order to provide reflective material for professionals and to improve the practices and management of FSFs in sexology and sexual health. Conclusion. — Representations of sexuality between women and lesbophobia, whether internalized, experienced, perceived or feared, are barriers to access to sexual health care. A better (re)knowledge of the practices and realities of these women but also a specific welcoming posture on the part of professionals would allow an improvement in the use and management.
