RésuméÀ partir du matériel issu de séances d’un groupe de patients psychotiques en institution, je me suis centré sur l’effort pour créer/maintenir une activité de pensée chez l’analyste et les patients. Il est apparu que la confusion, le magma du discours psychotique exigeait, pour le rétablissement d’une continuité temporelle, de partir d’une origine : moment de l’effondrement, mythe, etc. Ce temps du groupe devient un temps vécu créateur d’espaces interne et externe.

From the material gathered during group meetings of institutionalized psychotic patients, I concentrated on having the analyst and the patients create/maintain a thinking activity. It appeared that the confusion, the jumble of the psychotic language, demanded, in order to reestablish a temporal continuity, to begin from a starting point : the time of collapse, a myth, etc. This time with the meeting group becomes a real-life moment creating both internal and external spaces.

ResumenA partir del material que surge de un grupo de pacientes psicoticos en una institucion, me he centrado sobre el esfuerzo de crear/mantener una actividad de pensemiento en el analysta y en los pacientes. Ha aparecido la confusion, el magma de discurso psicotico que exigian para el reestablecimiento de una continuidad temporal a partir de un prigen : momento de derrumbe, mito, etc. Ese tiempo de grupo deviene un tempo vivido creador de espacios interno y externo.
