Educational establishments operate in an environment marked by the intensification of pressures suffered from all sides, while their operational methods remain hampered by intrinsic organizational rigidities that sometimes emanate from approximate management. Strengthening their effectiveness therefore requires the adoption of principles likely to achieve better results by making room for innovation. In this context we propose the use of socio-economic managerial innovations. The results obtained thanks to this approach have made it possible, through concrete actions to transform hidden costs into added value in the case of an establishment, to identify ways to improve both the social and economic performance of the organization.
