Psychosocial risks have been identified as one of the major challenges for occupational health in France in recent years. Based on the 2006 French Organisational Changes and Computerization survey (COI), we use a propensity score matching method to evaluate the impact of organisational and technological changes on workers’ psychosocial risks. We measure these risks applying the guidelines of the Nasse-Legeron report and the Gollac committee. We show that organisational changes reported by employers do not affect employees’ psychological risks, whereas changes reported by workers have an impact.
