Science Fiction attracts organizations and researchers. However, little is known about the modalities of its production and their implications for commissioning institutions. This article aims to study the effects produced on an organization during the co-design process of SciFi involving both internal and external actors. It examines the creation of Red Team Défense fictions for the French Ministry of Armed Forces and identifies the impacts of this process on its members. The methodology, qualitative in nature, systematically analyzes the participation of ministry members throughout the narrative production process. The creative frictions, the confrontation of perspectives between internal and external actors, are identified and characterized. The analysis focuses on internal actors, although another perspective could have been explored, such as that of the authors, which offers a potential avenue for future research. JEL Codes: O310

La science-fiction institutionnelle (SFI) intéresse organisations et chercheurs. Peu de connaissances sont établies néanmoins quant à ses modalités de production et leurs implications pour les institutions commanditaires. Cet article propose d’étudier les effets produits sur une organisation lors du processus de co-conception de SFI impliquant acteurs internes et externes. Il analyse la conception de fictions Red Team Défense du ministère des Armées françaises. Il qualifie les effets induits par ce processus sur les membres de l’organisation militaire. La méthodologie, qualitative, permet d’analyser de façon systématique les interventions des membres du ministère au cours de la production des récits. Les frottements créatifs, la confrontation des regards des acteurs internes et externes impliqués, sont identifiés et qualifiés. L’analyse est centrée en effet sur les acteurs internes. Un autre angle de lecture aurait pu être mis à l’étude, celui des auteurs, prolongement possible de cette recherche.
