This contribution exposes transcultural consultation proposed by a so-called second line hospital consultation for two migrant families bereaved by coronavirus-19 during the first confinement. Diagnosis and care cannot be abstracted from the cultural and social context in which they take place. Given the significant stakes of these questions, particularly in terms of public health, it is necessary to adapt care to cross-cultural situations. The “group” system is an interesting indication and its contributions are significant.
