There seems to be an epidemic of aggression and harassment in the workplace. In this respect, we may turn to a double observation made by Freud: work is the best way to repair our subjective distress, and aggressiveness is constitutive of our psyche. How can we detach ourselves from an emotional thought that is difficult to objectify in order to consider that the discourse of harassment is a manifestation of our time, revealing a breakdown of the group?
