The action of the company in the fight against climate change: Effects on employees’ organizational identification and organizational commitment

Based on a sample of 310 employees, our structural equation modeling analysis highlights an indirect effect of the perception of the action on employees’ affective commitment through organizational identification. We further discuss our results and propose managerial recommendations.
