Abrégé : Chemotherapy-induced toxicities, especially digestive toxicities, are common. Their management, based on guidelines, is a major issue because they have a potentially negative prognostic impact. This article summarizes basic update data for the management of digestive (nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, oral mucositis), hematologic (anemia, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, and febrile neutropenia), and cardiac (related to fluoropyrimidines and oxaliplatin) toxicities and infusion reactions to systemic anticancer therapy, in gastrointestinal oncology.
