This study proposes to explore narcissism in the healthy and unhealthy child as it is expressed through the body, through leaning and thought processes. The work is based on an in-depth psychological examination of children aged 4 to 12. These children were examined in child psychiatry and preventive medecine units. Rorschach and thematic tests (verbal and/or play) make it possible to underscore the implications concerning identity and drive which might create the foundations for self esteem and rational evolution.
