En étudiant un réseau thématique de chercheurs, nous analysons en quoi et comment la négociation des savoirs participe à la professionnalisation de ses membres. Quatre dynamiques sont ici à l’œuvre: des transactions identitaires (les identités professionnelles se redéfinissent, Dubar, 2008) ; la transaction sociale (les membres du réseau se confrontent aux positionnements et pratiques des uns et des autres, Stoessel-Ritz et Blanc, 2020) ; un travail institutionnel (les modes de coopération et les rapports de pouvoir se reconfigurent, Lawrence et Suddaby, 2006) ; et la traduction (Akrich, Callon, Latour, 2006) entre chercheurs du réseau, mais aussi entre les chercheurs et accompagnatrices du réseau.

By studying a thematic network of researchers, we analyze how and in what ways the negotiation of knowledge contributes to the professionalisation of its members. Four dynamics are at work here: identity transactions (professional identities are redefined; Dubar 2008); social transactions (network members engage with and challenge each other’s positions and practices; Stoessel-Ritz and Blanc 2020); institutional work (modes of governance, cooperation, and power relations are reconfigured; Lawrence and Suddaby 2006); and translation (Akrich et al. 2006) between researchers in the network, but also between researchers and network facilitators.
