Sujet(s) : Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : Our aim in this paper is to consider organizational irrationality in its relationship of ternary contrariety/contradiction with rationality and non-rationality. In a first conceptual step, we establish this triad, casting rationality as a regulated sequence of occurrences. In a second anthropological step, we embed this relationship within non-rational processes of rationalization, the latter being understood in a double pragmatic and representational sense. The last step consists in illustrating this ternary relationship and these processes using a typology including the most obvious manifestations of reactive organizational irrationalism.
