Dans cet article, je m’intéresse au travail psychique effectué par une équipe d’enseignants dans le cadre de ses interactions au cours d’une réunion de travail. J’appréhende cette dimension psychique sous l’angle du rapport au savoir groupal de l’équipe que je propose de considérer comme un élément organisateur de la dynamique psychique sous-jacente aux activités. Je donnerai un aperçu de mon approche sur le plan conceptuel dans la première partie de mon exposé. Je préciserai, ensuite, la méthodologie mise en œuvre pour mener à bien ma recherche, puis je montrerai, à partir d’un exemple, comment le rapport au savoir groupal oriente l’évolution du travail des enseignants.

Relation of knowledge and team work In this article, I am interested in the psychic work made by a team of teachers within the framework of its interactions during a working meeting. I consider this psychic dimension under the angle of the groupal relation of knowledge of the team that I suggest considering as an organizing element of the underlying psychic dynamics in the activities. I shall give an outline of my approach onto the abstract plan in the first part of my statement. I shall clarify, then, the methodology operated to achieve my research, then I shall show, from an example, how the groupal relation of knowledge directs the evolution of the work of the teachers.
