Depuis 2019, les Centres régionaux de dépistages des cancers (CRCDC) sont chargés de superviser les activités des sites départementaux de dépistages des cancers, déplaçant le pouvoir décisionnaire vers le niveau régional ; et modifiant les rôles préétablis, à la fois au sein de l’organisation et dans la relation aux partenaires. Cette transformation n’a pas été suivie d’un accompagnement au changement, ni d’une communication interne permettant aux acteurs de savoir ce qui allait changer concrètement pour eux. Nous nous intéresserons à la manière dont ces individus appréhendent ces changements organisationnels, à l’incidence induite sur la perception et la réalisation de leurs missions et de leur travail, notamment la sensibilisation auprès du public cible.

‪Since 2019, the Regional Cancer Screening Centres (CRCDCs)have been responsible for supervising the activities of departmental cancer screening sites, moving decision-making power to the regional level and modifying pre-established roles, both within the organization and in the relationship with partners. This transformation has not been followed by support for change, nor by internal communication allowing the actors to know what was going to change concretely for them. We are interested in the way in which these individuals perceive these organizational changes, in the resulting impact on the perception and the realization of their missions and their work, in particular the sensitization of the the target audience for cancer screenings.‪
