They aim to transmit “know-how” and “interpersonal skills” and for this put the student at the heart of the teaching by giving him the means to be “actor” of the teaching situation conceived as a “repetition” of professional life, with its interpersonnals, cogitives, and socials interactions. If law is a theater, what could be more natural to prepare a law student to play a role on it than to draw inspiration from the way the actor is prepared to play his role on the stage?
