The influence of quality of work life on the organizational commitment of staff at Senegalese public universities: The case of Assane SECK University of Ziguinchor

Through the case of Assane SECK University of Ziguinchor, our work tries to show that QWL is a lever of organizational commitment for the staff of Senegalese public universities. The examination of the responses to the questionnaire administered to 210 employees (teachers and researchers, as well as administrative, technical, and services staff) of Assane SECK University of Ziguinchor, of which 125 were returned (59.53%), reveals a positive and significant influence of QWL on the calculated and normative dimensions of organizational commitment.
