Abrégé : The consultation system at the Tolbiac adolescent addiction center takes an approach based on an individualized interdisciplinary policy. This ensures the coherence of multidisciplinary care and socio-educational measures, structured interventions, and referring to external partners for follow-up care. Borderline personality disorder is currently overrepresented among our patients. In reference to the case of one particular young woman, we illustrate the importance of working in a multidisciplinary team in order to manage the multiple difficulties encountered by users.
