Delusional parasitosis : Case report about a 79-year-old patient and the current state of knowledge

These symptoms have been reversed with treatment with Quetiapine and Sertraline.The chronology of the symptoms leads to the diagnosis of Ekbom's syndrome, which appeared secondarily to a major depressive disorder. Treatment: We present a brief summary of the currently recommended treatment of Ekbom's syndrome.
