Attempts at self-enucleation and genital self-mutilation in the context of RESLES in a schizophrenic patient

The patient was treated with the aim of achieving remission of schizophrenic symptoms and also with a view to investigating the etiological factors of the tonic-clonic seizures causing these serious self-mutilations.
