In addition to its judicial functions, administrative justice in finance also covers non-judicial activities. The French Court of Auditors and local and regional audit offices have numerous responsibilities for ensuring compliance with financial and accounting regulations and for evaluating public policies. They have now reorganised their operational procedures.
