Kévin Philippe, clinical psychologist. Drawing on the clinical experience of a therapeutic mediation group in adult psychiatry, the authors look at the hallucinatory and reflexive movements induced by the utilization of a sensorial medium. The formulate the hypothesis that the group hallucinatory processes that develop particularly through contact with sensorial mediations support the subjective working through and symbolization of traumatic experiences which are based on the reflexive characteristics of the group, the medium and the therapists. Under certain conditions, this configuration supports the co-construction of a group reflexive fund as a space for the transformation of individual subjective experiences in the sense of a primary form of symbolization.
