Training by Alternation

The hermeneutic analysis of the meanings given by the trainees’ to themselves in the context, and that they give to the context, during interviews of 59 supervisors undergoing training by alternation (study 3), allowed us to identify four types of self-construction: mastery, appropriation, integration and empowerment.
