Sujet(s) : Ressources en ligne : Abrégé : In the current political and economic situation, offering quality services within the framework of therapies for dependent people is a great challenge. We will try to highlight the stakes of our residential and outpatient practices, in a context where the offer is multiplying and where it is increasingly more difficult for a drug addict to make the right choice when it comes to their real needs. We will also underline the relationship between a tendency toward maintenance in the networks of care, and that toward a culture of dependence among drug addicts. How is it possible, then, to create and preserve a framework where the goal is autonomy through the development of the resources and the emergence of competences of the individuals?
