RésuméLa notion d’espace est abordée à partir du champ clinique d’un objet culturel, l’architecture. Les dimensions de l’espace ne sont pas seulement définies par les trois axes de coordonnées x, y, z, où se meut l’homme en tant qu’il a un corps. L’homme est un être de langage, et à ce titre l’espace, habité par l’homme, fait l’hypothèse de l’inconscient. Déchiffrer les constructions de ces adolescents c’est faire exister l’espace en le nommant et permettre au sujet de prendre place dans le registre symbolique.

The notion of space is discussed here from the clinical experience of a cultural object, architecture. The dimensions of space are not only defined by three coordinates, x, y, z, where man as a body circulates. Man is a being of language, and, from this perspective, space, which he inhabits, is taken into account by the unconscious. To decipher the constructions of these adolescents is to acknowledge space by naming it and allowing the subject to take his or her place in the symbolic register.
