Every day, the same artistic performance is repeated, combining identical rhythms and creative improvisations in order to build harmony of life. Based on clinical observations, the author demonstrates how, in an institution, the heart of everyday-life therapy is founded on the intersubjectivity of psychotic, autistic, and/or handicapped patients who are wounded in their narcissism. It is a matter of orchestrating encounters, sharing, and weaving bonds in order to create the canvas of daily life, and the space and time in which it can unfold. It is against this background that body functions appear, articulated by words that express joy and pain, and the imaginary projections which put the future in perspective through enjoyment of the present.
