Notre environnement nous ramène à la dichotomie violence/douceur. Le monde du travail n’en n’est pas exempt, encore moins en Psychiatrie et en accompagnement d’équipe. Est-ce une faiblesse, un pari ou une action illusoire que d’agir en et avec douceur ? Cette forme de résistance douce face à des jeux d’acteurs parfois violents, réticents, victimes, bourreaux ou motivés, peut amener chacun à grandir. Encore faut-il se lancer… Et pourquoi pas ?

Our environment takes us to the violence / gentleness dichotomy. The world of work is not exempt from it, especialy in Psychiatry and in team support. Is it a weakness, a bet or an imaginary action to act or be gentle? This shape of soft resistance in the face of sometimes violent games, reluctant actors, victims, executioners or the motivated, can allow all the parties to grow. Still, it is necessary to try … And why not ?
