L’approche analytique par le rêve-éveillé dévoile la place des animaux dans la cure de certains patients, qui semble relayer celle qu’occupent dans leur imaginaire leurs héros virtuels. Des exemples cliniques montrent comment la figure animale contribue, sur la scène du rêve-éveillé, à soutenir les processus projectifs et participe ainsi, à la dynamique de l’exploration thérapeutique, permettant une métaphore évitant des passages à l’acte. Une introspection sérieuse autour des processus d’identification à l’œuvre chez ces patients déficients, nous le révèle.

The analytical approach through Rêve-Éveillé unveils the place animals have in the treatment of some patients and how it seems to replace their virtual heroes in their imaginary. Clinical examples show us how, on the Rêve-Éveillé scene, the animal figure contributes to the support of the projection process and thus participates in the dynamic of therapeutic exploration, allowing a metaphor to take place and keeping the patient from acting out. This is revealed through a serious introspection about the identification processes in action among these deficient patients.

Nella cura di alcuni pazienti, l’approccio analitico con il rêve-éveillé dà risalto agli animali che sembrano sostituire gli eroi virtuali nel loro immaginario. Esempi clinici mostrano come la figura animalesca contribuisce, sul palcoscenico del rêve-éveillé, a sostenere processi proiettivi, partecipa alla dinamica dell’esplorazione terapeutica, e consente una metafora che evita passaggi all’atto. Una seria introspezione attorno ai processi d’identificazione all’opera da alcuni pazienti deficienti ce lo rivela.
