An investigation is conducted into the meanings attached to going through pregnancy during adolescence within the scope of intensive non-institutional educational action (aemo) type support. Based on the clinical situation of a young girl with antisocial tendencies a dual support provision was deployed to help analyse the transference experience of the educators. Discussions focused on the importance of mobilising the network and the setting up a psychic substitution arrangement, with a function that is both a protective shield against excitement and a shield against disinvestment able to contain and support changes in the subject.
