Rebuilding an Adoptive Link at the Risk of Shared Hatred

The experience of the teen-age crisis of an adopted youngster is brought to light in this article. This crisis is acted in an explosive way, irreparably summoning facts of his past which he tries to rebuild in a romance of his origins, while facts of his father’s transgenerational past arise and meet him on the scene of the psychoanalytic family therapy. As soon as a shared family hatred is deposited, a rebuilding of the father-son link is going to take shape and to get organized. As an intermediary – in the sense of the third person who had missed in the past –, the psychoanalyst will lend himself to the projections of origin figures which the teenager is trying to ward off.
