Based on a survey concerning the management of Covid in migrant squats, this article focuses on the sanitary aid provided locally by various actors (associations, activists and institutions) to these populations. In a context of urgency, volunteers and professionals are led to rethink their actions and their mode of organization. This reconfiguration of assistance practices forms a moral economy of sanitary aid in tension with humanitarian logic, representations of commitment and relations with public authorities.
