RésuméCet article aborde la question de l’intégration des parties prenantes au sein du système d’information financier et souligne l’importance des contraintes externes. Si la problématique technologique découlant de l’implémentation des systèmes d’information financiers est relativement bien couverte par la littérature en SI, l’intégration des dimensions partenariales a été délaissée jusqu’alors. Cet article, exploratoire, propose de développer un cadre théorique renouvelé, permettant d’expliciter l’influence des parties prenantes en intégrant la contrainte technologique, l’influence du cadre légal, et le développement de mécanismes de gouvernance alternatifs du type soft laws (éthique, codes de bonne conduite…).

The principle problem concerning management of Financial Information Systems (FIS) is not the resolution of technological problems such as the choice of application, how to guarantee the confidentiality of data, and how to optimize the use of information, particularly in light of SOX. This paper is exploratory and conceptual in its focus. It introduces a new framework that will enhance the analysis of management information system by confronting the complexity of individual behavior, recognizing the constraints of the technological and legal framework and underlies the role of ethics as a corporate governance mechanism.
