Il ouvre aux opérations logiques de constitution du sujet et du désir et amène à préciser l’efficace de l’opération analytique. Sur cette voie, deux ternaires sont à nouer : demande-identification-transfert et indétermination-tromperie-certitude.

The brief apologue of the mustard pots introduced by Lacan in his seminar The Ethics of Psychoanalysis allows us to approach the specificity of the psychoanalytic clinic in a clear way. It opens up the logical operations of the constitution of the subject and of desire and leads to specifying the effectiveness of the analytic operation. On this path, two ternaries are to be tied : demand-identification-transference and indetermination-deception-certainty.
