Cet article s’intéresse au cheminement théorico-clinique de Lou-Andreas-Salomé tel qu’il nous est accessible dans sa correspondance avec Freud, principalement à travers le cas d’une petite fille de six ans, mais aussi avec celui d’un patient adulte brièvement évoqué. On y voit comment Lou articule la notion de guérison à une exigence de sublimation explorée dès les premières expériences infantiles, et comment le débat engagé avec Freud la rapproche d’une posture plus ferenczienne.

This paper examines the theoretical and clinical progression of Lou Andreas-Salomé as demonstrated in her correspondence with Freud, centring on the case of a six-year-old little girl and that of an adult patient more briefly discussed. We will see how Lou articulates the notion of cure with a demand for sublimation as explored in early childhood experiences and how the ensuing debate with Freud brings her closer to the position of Ferenczi.
