Le 29 Juillet 1890, à 1h30 du matin, s’éteint dans l’anonymat un peintre hollandais de 37 ans, qui signait ses œuvres de son prénom, Vincent. Deux jours plus tôt, il s’était tiré un coup de feu dans la poitrine, visant le cœur. Déjà, le 24 décembre 1888, il s’était tranché le lobe de l’oreille. Le médecin appelé à son chevet, peintre lui-même, ami des impressionnistes et de Vincent, ne pourra rien pour ce dernier. C’est impuissant qu’il assiste à son agonie. Ces deux protagonistes sont, bien entendu, Vincent Van Gogh d’une part, et le Docteur Paul-Ferdinand Gachet, d’autre part. L’auteur de cet article s’est glissé dans la peau du médecin d’Auvers-sur-Oise, comme lors d’un jeu de rôle. On suit ainsi pas à pas le Docteur Gachet, rédigeant son journal imaginaire, réfléchissant à sa pratique thérapeutique, à son ressenti, à ses hypothèses, à ses stratégies, illustrant la démarche et le processus systémiques. L’auteur a ainsi tenté de relire, de façon systémique et humoristique, l’histoire de Van Gogh. Pouvait-on le sauver?...

Could one rescue Van Gogh?July 29,1890, at 1h30 on the morning, passes away in anonymity a 37 year-old Dutch painter, who used to sign his works with his forename: Vincent. Two days sooner, he shot at his breast, aiming at his heart. Already, on December 24th 1888, he cut his own ear’s lobe. The doctor called at his bedside, himself painter, Impressionists and Vincent’s friend, couldn’t do anything for him. Helpless, he witnesses his death. These two protagonists are, of course, Vincent Van Gogh on the one hand, and the Doctor Paul-Ferdinand Gachet on the other hand. The author of this article put himself in Auvers-sur-Oise Doctor’s shoes, as it was a role’s game. In this way, we follow step by step the Doctor Gachet writing his imaginary diary, thinking about his therapy’s practice, his feeling, his hypothesis, his strategies, illustrating the systemic process. In this way, the author tempts to reread, in systemic and humorous way, the Van Gogh’s story. Could one rescue him?...

¿Se podría salvar a Van Gogh?El 29 de julio de 1890, a las 1:30 de la mañana, se esconde en el anonimato un pintor holandés de 37 años quien firmaba sus obras con su nombre, Vicente. Dos días antes, él se había pegado un tiro en el pecho apuntando en el corazón. Ya aún el 24 de diciembre de 1888, él se había cortado la oreja. El médico llamó a su guía, también pintor, amigo de los Impresionistas y de Vincente, no podrá hacer nada para el. Es impotente que asista a su agonía. Esos dos protagonistas son, por supuesto, Vicente Van Gogh por un lado, y el Doctor Paul Ferdinand Gachet, del otro. El autor de este artículo se metió en las venas del médico de Auvers-sur Oise, como en un juego de roles. Seguimos así paso a paso al Doctor Gachet, redactando su diario imaginario, pensando a su práctica terapeútica, a su choque emocional, a sus hipótesis, a sus estratégias que ilustran el paso y el proceso sistemicos. El autor trató así de leer nuevamente, de manera sistemica y humorística, la historia de Van Gogh. ¿ Se podría salvarle?...
