RésuméCet article s’intéresse au processus de recomposition du monde théâtral est-allemand dans les années qui suivent la réunification. Il analyse les transformations des modes de travail et des coopérations artistiques au sein des théâtres publics qui constituaient le paysage théâtral est-allemand. Ces transformations ainsi que l’ouverture d’un nouvel espace d’opportunité pour les gens de théâtre est-allemands entraînent des ruptures dans les parcours professionnels. De nouvelles structures sont ainsi créées, dont les activités se situent souvent dans la continuité des pratiques théâtrales de l’ex-RDA et doivent être étudiées comme des tentatives de gestion d’un héritage théâtral est-allemand. The alterations of theatrical work in the new East-German federal statesThis article is interested in the process of reorganization of the East German theatrical world in the years following the reunification. It analyzes the alterations of the working ways and the artistic cooperation within the public theatres which constituted the East German theatrical landscape. These alterations as well as the opening of a new space of opportunity for the East German theatrical people cause breaks of professional trajectories. New structures are so created, whose activities are often situated in the continuance of the theatrical practices of ex-GDR and must be studied as attempts of management of an East German theatrical inheritance. Los cambios del trabajo teatral en Alemania OrientalEste artículo esta interesado en el proceso de reorganización del mundo teatral de Alemania Oriental en los años siguiendo la reunificación. Analiza los cambios de los modos trabajadores y las cooperaciones artísticas dentro de los teatros públicos que constituiaban el paisaje teatral de Alemania Oriental. Estos cambios, así como la apertura de un nuevo espacio de oportunidades para la gente teatral de Alemania Oriental, implican las roturas de trayectorias. Asi, nuevas estructuras son creadas, cuyas actividades a menudo estan situadas en la continuación de las prácticas teatrales de Alemania Oriental y deben ser estudiadas como tentativas de direccioó de una herencia teatral.
