The Psychosociologist and His or Her Values in the Decision-Making Process - 2007.

The ethical question encounters the psychosociological practice on three fronts: (1) the responsibility of the practitioner when his acts or decisions provoke negative effects (like failure or suffering) in actors with whom he works; (2) the choice of values, their position and role in the way the intervention is conducted, and the way they make use of methodological references; and (3) on a theoretical front where ethical thinking can be useful to psychosociological analysis and can stimulate the mind, but can also challenge the legitimacy of the line of action and lead the practitioner, if necessary, to feeling uncertain of himself.
