The black continent today seems to be a mission territory for international operations, in which military aspects are now inseparable from political and economic considerations. However, it is not sure whether these operations, which seek to bring an external influence to conflicts—mainly civil wars—have positive consequences. Their results compel us to question the capacity of the West to resolve African conflicts.
