This article investigates the process of formalizing a feedback practice in an organization by analyzing sensemaking in various situations. It aims to develop scientific and managerial expertise in describing modalities for implementing feedback within an organizational learning process. The article grants an essential role to formalizing feedback practices in the sensemaking process.
