During the industrial stage of capitalism, material output, which was owned by the ruling classes, was the physical envelope of labor. There was a sort of soft correspondence between goods materiality and privatization of the workers labor. Nowadays, according to the growing importance of services, things are quite different. The products of these activities have no material existence. New ways of privatization of social labor have to be organized by the capitalist system.
