This paper revisits the participation of five teenagers in an ambulatory therapeutic program over eighteen months. This treatment program combines several therapeutic groups which create avenues for narration, through an initial experience of cultural mediation. Accompanying and continuing the production of a Contemporary Music Opera, the organization of narratives increases the potential of the symbolization process.
