The Covid-19 crisis has had an impact on social cohesion, destabilizing the basis on which our institutions are founded. Overwhelmed by the emergency, our healthcare institutions have often abandoned the possibilities of collective elaboration allowing the subjective appropriation of the violence provoked by this exceptional situation. Based on his observations, the author proposes to reflect on the experiences of care workers by highlighting the fragility of professional identifications and group alliances.
