Drug Use in Clinical Psychoses

Drug Use in Clinical Psychoses - 2015.
36
Comorbidities raise the question of the use of drugs by the psychotic patient and, at the center of this dialectic, hallucination sometimes has a major function. In the face of passivation by basic phenomena, the subject may, in effect, choose to induce another hallucinatory system. The use of imagination is associated with the cult of the body and narcissism in favor of a self-perpetuating quest. Toxic enjoyment preserves instinctual enjoyment as long as the sexual does not interfere.
