In the past, disabled people were not allowed to procreate, to get pregnant, or to become parents. This is no longer the case. Now, parents with special needs can ask for support both at a psychological level and a practical nursing level. The NBAS is an opportunity to explore the early mother/baby relationship in this specific context.
