The authors present the psychic evolution of a family with obesity problem. Through the study of the group body envelope, they offer an understanding of family dynamics. They use a projective group mediator, namely the test of drawing imaginary house, “projective spatiography”. Through this tool they investigate how projects the “Ego family” on the space of the sheet. The drawing then realizes the unconscious image of family body.
