Social services have been reshaped since the French terror attacks of January and November 2015. With the threat of terrorism still present, questions of safety have become a shared interest of the public and private sector. Professionals who work in the social services are increasingly affected by these issues, which are connected to a general risk-control strategy. They must determine the limits of their cooperation with the intelligence and/or security services.
