In the heart of Paris, in the 1990s a reception facility for adolescents was set up to respond to their modes of functioning. The originality of this project is based on the provision of outpatient care, but also on the possibility of hospitalization. The question of temporality, and in particular that of immediacy, which is so predominant among adolescents, is heard, listened to and dealt with here. A multi-disciplinary team is able to welcome everyone, and a wide range of resources have been put in place to meet the needs of adolescents. For more than thirty years, this facility has evolved and adapted to meet demand and needs.
