This text proposes to explore various aspects of supervision. In order to do that, it first considers the code of professional ethics, then the classic concept in psychoanalysis. From there, it follows through with Gestalt Therapy and then questions the use of the concepts of transference and counter transference. A series of propositions follow with specific methods of practicing supervision within Gestalt Therapy in order to remain coherent with the perspectives of field theory and phenomenology.
