This article aims to offer reflexive feedback on a pedagogical experiment envisaging TV series as an aid for the modeling of organizational behavior. We propose to use series with students to teach them about organizational behavior. The experiment showed the value of a construction of knowledge which, by using this teaching aid, proved to be engaging for all participants, including teachers.
