The use of pesticides has become widespread, and for many years now, people have been speaking up to denounce the damage they cause. Is it possible to use pesticides in a “controlled” way, as industrialists and public authorities believe? Studies show that this policy has many flaws. Assessments of the risks of toxic products are often based on questionable data and do not properly take into account the particularities of the agricultural world, in comparison with the industrial world.
