Based on empirical data, this article study the growing “professionalization” of training in the top french schools of journalism during the two last decades. The study shows that this trend of “professionalization” is an adaptation to the determinants of the labour market. These evolution is examined through, in the one hand, the transformations of journalists-training and, in the other hand, the increasing relationships between the schools of journalism and the media-firms.
